On - Campus Housing

- It costs around 3000$ per semester excluding the Meal Plan. (Which I felt expensive)
- This definitely is a good option who prefer not to waste time in travelling and a safe option too.
- You can involve yourself in a lot of activities happening in the college.
- Initially you need to deposit 200$ to book the room and then you'll get a room allotted.
Off - Campus Housing
There are multiple options here. But the one which most of the Indians consider (including me) is Chatham Hills
- Need to pay 125$ to block the room
- Send your I20 and VISA copy to the Property Manager.
- If you are hiring the room from the middle of the month, then you would have to pay only from the days you actually rent. If you get on contract from 31st of a month, then you would pay the utilities of that month and the prorated rent for that month (which would be the rent for that one day of the month).
- For a 3 Bedroom apartment, 6 members can stay on Lease (Officially).
- For a 2 Bedroom apartment, 4 members can stay on Lease (Officially).
